Emily Parzybok is a meditation teacher with training in Buddhist meditation, Internal Family Systems therapy, and a variety of modalities to work with the mind and nervous system. Emily has spent over 100 nights on silent retreat and guides others in meditation, retreats, and how to build a practice of self-inquiry and quiet. Emily is currently enrolled in the Dedicated Practitioners Program at Spirit Rock Meditation Center.
Emily offers one-time and recurring meditation classes at various workplaces ranging from tiny non-profits to Pinterest corporate offices. She would love to bring mindfulness teaching to your workplace.
